Fees are collected at the time of service. Payments are accepted by check, cash, HSA cards, debit cards and all major credit cards.

Health Insurance
Please contact your insurance provider in advance to confirm whether a referral is required, obtain any necessary authorization numbers, and review your benefits—including deductibles, co‑pays, and the number of covered visits. Insurance plans vary (HMO, PPO, POS, etc.), and each has different requirements for processing claims. Please note that authorization does not guarantee payment, and you are ultimately responsible for all charges.
Insurance Details
Upon request, we will provide a billing invoice for any non-listed companies. This may enable you to receive reimbursement based on the specifications of your insurance policy. Our fees are at or below what is considered reasonable and customary for therapist’s years of experience.
Arrival Time Policy
Please be mindful that arriving late will reduce your session time. Appointments begin at the scheduled start time, regardless of arrival time.
Cancellation / Rescheduling policy.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact our office 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments, those without proper notice of cancellation or need for rescheduling, will be assessed a $85 fee. Please be aware that insurance companies will not reimburse for missed appointments.
